We believe that you and your family are the most important members of your care team. That’s why we want to make sure that we hear your voice, loud and clear.
The Patient Relations program is a means to make your voice heard.
Whether you’re looking for information, looking to resolve a difficulty or looking for someone to listen to you and support you, the Patient Relations team is your advocate within the hospital. Our doors are always open, and we encourage and welcome your feedback, questions and suggestions. We promise to listen to you, answer your questions, review your concerns and keep you informed and involved every step of the way.

Satisfaction survey
Three to six months after discharge, you may receive a patient satisfaction survey in the mail.
The survey is another means for you and your family to comment on your experience with us. We encourage you to fill it out and return it to us, but it isn’t mandatory.
We value the time and energy that you put into your answers, and we promise to treat your survey respectfully. We’ll keep the information confidential and only share relevant information with your care team to give them a chance to learn and grow from the experience.
