Request for research space

In order to help expedite the request for research space, all requests should come directly to the Office of Health Sciences Research for support and approval from the Vice President, Health Sciences Research.  

As per KGH Policy 05-135 and HDH Policy 2730, individuals making requests for space are required to complete the “Space Request Form” and have the form signed by the Director most responsible for the department requesting the space. Once this form is completed, please bring it to the Office of Health Sciences Research for approval and the form will be forwarded onward to the KGH/HDH Joint Planning Office.
