Kirk W. Corkery - Vice Chair
Kirk Corkery is an internationally experienced executive and Director having worked on three different continents. He has been a senior IT executive for a number of major organizations including the BCE/Bell Canada family of companies, EDS and the Ontario Provincial government. He is currently the President and founder of Technology Mediation Services Inc., a company that provides negotiation assistance, mediation and arbitration for business and technology issues, and C-level interim management services.
He is a past Chair of York Central Hospital (now known as Mackenzie Health) in Richmond Hill and he is also a former Chair of the GTA/905 Healthcare Alliance, an association of the 13 community hospitals surrounding Toronto. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds their ICD.D designation. He is also a member of the Royal Canadian Military Institute and a Life Member of the Royal Canadian Armoured Corps.
He currently sits as a Director on several not-for-profit organizations including the Caribbean North Charities Foundation which assists healthcare institutions in the Caribbean build capacity through education and training. He resides on Amherst Island.
