At Kingston General Hospital, we know how important it is to keep in close contact with family and friends. That's why we are pleased to provide you with e-mail service to our patients.
We'll need the patient's name and the room number if you know it. We also require your full name and e-mail address.
Your message will be printed and a volunteer will hand-deliver it to your loved one. If the recipient is no longer in our hospital, your message will simply be deleted. Please be aware that we do not provide a way for patients to reply to messages.
Treat your e-mail as if it were a postcard; do not include anything in the text message that you would not write on a postcard. Please don't insert pictures or send any form of attachment - they will automatically be deleted.
