Nursing

Nurse taking vital signs

The Queen’s Nursing and Health Research (QNHR) group in the Queen's School of Nursing Nurse collectively, and in collaboration with practice and academic partners, leads and facilitates comprehensive research programs embedded within a cycle of practice: knowledge creation and/or synthesis to translation to evaluation. Research programs within the QNHR revolve around 3 themes:

  • Populations with complex health conditions;
  • Practice environments; and
  • Health care quality.

Areas of research leadership include wound care, chronic pain, nursing educational practices and workplace conditions and issues.
